Achieve and Succeed (GCSE) 14-16 year olds - £20 per class
As GCSEs are the most important exam that a child will have sat so far, our GCSE programme is divided into Year 10 and Year 11 group classes enabling us to individually cater for your child.
Each of our classes are a careful blend of teaching, examination practice using past papers and confidence building. Our GCSE classes are designed to complement your child’s teaching at school and help them to either catch up on topics that they found difficult or reinforce and embed what has already been taught, extending them to the highest level possible.
Small group tuition enables our teachers to spend time going over topics in greater detail than larger school classes allow. This ensures quality one-to-one time with each child to address specific difficulties or concerns whilst also creating the opportunity to utilise peer support to further enrich their learning. If your child is familiar with a particular topic, we will be able to extend them further, familiarising them with more complex questions, inspiring them to reach for even higher levels of attainment.
All students will be provided with lesson notes which can be collated into a revision file, along with examples of questions that commonly come up in exams. In addition, your child will be given access to a variety of practice papers as well as online tutorials that can be used to refresh their memory when they come to revise.
To complement our weekly tuition classes, we will hold optional intensive revision workshops during the February half term, Easter and May half term holidays, designed to give your child that crucial pre-exam boost.
Finally, and in our opinion most importantly, our staff have a proven track record of building confidence in children of any age, enabling them to believe in themselves and unlocking their true potential. We truly believe that we can help your child Achieve and Succeed at this crucial time in their lives. We look forward to inspiring them to achieve their best.
Classes run for an hour and are payable termly in advance, at a cost of £20 per session, which includes a snack and a drink.
